At Hull Community Transport, our Community Minibus service is all about keeping people connected. We believe that mobility is essential for independence, and we’re proud to support individuals who may find it difficult to use regular public transport due to age, disability, or rural isolation.

Hull Community Transport works with partner organisations in order to supply transport provisions that are valued and needed. By working together with charities and non-profit making organisations we ensue the charities resources are used effectively within the community.

By working together, we ensure our service plays a vital role in reducing loneliness and social isolation, helping people stay active and engaged within their communities.

Whether it’s attending a community centre, going to a coffee morning, or enjoying a scenic trip out with neighbours, our Community Bus helps people live more independently and stay connected to the world around them.

Supporting Local Lives

Our Community Bus provides safe, reliable, and accessible travel for:

  • Individuals with mobility difficulties

  • Residents in isolated or underserved areas

  • Anyone at risk of social isolation

Without this service, many of our regular passengers would find it difficult — or even impossible — to leave their homes. By offering dependable transport, we help residents access essential services, social events, shopping trips, and community activities.
